a. Service-Based Refunds

  2. Refunds are not applicable under these conditions:

    • The service has been partially or fully completed and delivered.
    • Delays or issues caused by client-side factors such as lack of communication or incomplete information.

b. Custom Software Development Refunds

  • A refund may be provided only if the project has not progressed beyond the initial planning or design phase.
  • Any expenses incurred during the planning phase (e.g., consultations, resource allocation) will be deducted from the refund amount.

c. Subscription-Based Services

  • Refunds for subscription-based services are not provided for any partially used periods.
  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Service Cancellation by the Client

  • Clients may cancel a service by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the project start date.
  • For ongoing services, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation.

b. Service Cancellation by Logic Paradise

We reserve the right to cancel a service under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment or late payment by the client.
  • Violation of terms and conditions by the client.
  • Situations beyond our control, such as technical issues or force majeure events.

In such cases, any eligible refunds will be determined based on the circumstances.


3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Consultation fees, one-time setup fees, and custom integrations are non-refundable once the service begins.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

    • Client name
    • Project or service details
    • Reason for the refund or cancellation
    • Any relevant supporting documents

We will process your request within 7-10 business days and notify you of the outcome.


5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual discussion. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of India and resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
