Mobile Games Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User” or “Player”) and Logic Paradise Softwares (“Logic Paradise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your download, access, and use of our mobile applications, puzzle titles, and games (collectively, the “App” or “Games”), including Twisty Wires, Loopy Lines, and all present and future mobile games published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By installing, copying, or playing any of our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Games.

Parental and Guardian Supervision: Because our Games are intended to be family-safe and suitable for children, if you are a parent or legal guardian allowing a minor child to download or play the App, you accept these Terms on their behalf and assume full responsibility for supervising their device usage.

2 Limited License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Logic Paradise grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the App on authorized personal mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license is further subject to the usage rules set forth in the platform terms of service of the app store from which you acquired the App (the Google Play Terms of Service or Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).

3 Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying game algorithms of the App, except to the strict extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, broadcast, or commercially exploit any portion of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based upon the App or its graphic assets.
• Use cheats, automation tools, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software designed to alter gameplay or bypass puzzle mechanics.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary marks appearing within or on the App.
• Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international statute, regulation, or rule.

4 Intellectual Property Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Games—including but not limited to code, software architecture, game engine logic, visual artwork, UI/UX designs, animations, sound effects, musical compositions, game mechanics, puzzle layouts, level progressions, and the names “Logic Paradise”, “Twisty Wires”, and “Loopy Lines”—are and shall remain the exclusive property of Logic Paradise Softwares and its licensors.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 2, no rights, titles, or interests in or to our intellectual property are transferred or assigned to you under these Terms.

5 No Accounts, In-App Purchases & Content

• No Account Registration: Our Games do not require user account creation, social logins, or personal profile credentials to play.
• In-App Purchases: Current versions of our child-safe games contain zero in-app purchases, microtransactions, loot boxes, or pay-to-win mechanisms. If in-app purchases are introduced in any future release, they will be processed solely through official platform billing (Google Play In-App Billing or Apple StoreKit) and protected by parental verification gates.
• No User-Generated Content: Our Games do not allow players to submit, publish, or broadcast public content, chat messages, or images.

6 Privacy & Child Protection

Your privacy and the safety of young players are fundamental to our development ethos. Our handling of game state and device data is governed by our dedicated Mobile Games Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, our Games collect zero personal data, use no ad networks, and store progress strictly on your local device.

7 App Store Terms (Apple iOS & Google Play)

Your use of the App is also governed by the policies of the platform through which you obtained the Game. Where store terms conflict with these Terms, the platform terms govern the relationship between you and the respective app store provider.

Apple App Store Specific Terms: With respect to any version of the App obtained through the Apple App Store, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Logic Paradise Softwares only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Logic Paradise is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or customer support services regarding the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) paid by you for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

8 Disclaimers of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the consumer protection laws of India and international jurisdictions), the Games and all associated content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

Logic Paradise disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will operate without interruption, be entirely bug-free, or function seamlessly across all historical mobile hardware configurations.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Logic Paradise Softwares, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, loss of goodwill, device malfunction, or personal disruption) arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the App.

To the extent permitted by law, our cumulative aggregate liability for all claims arising under or relating to these Terms or the Games shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you (if any) to download the App, or INR 500 (five hundred Indian rupees), whichever is greater.

10 Modifications, Updates & Termination

We reserve the right to update, patch, modify, or discontinue any Game or feature at any time without prior liability. We may also revise these Terms from time to time to accommodate new games, regulatory requirements, or platform updates.

Material changes will be published at this canonical URL: https://logicparadise.com/games/terms-of-service.html. Your continued play or retention of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may terminate these Terms at any time simply by uninstalling the Game from your devices.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Games shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India, and you hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
